CBL's scope of work varies from one client's needs to another but essentially includes the following:

• Review existing insurance arrangements in terms of covers, excesses, values and limits insured.
• Identify the insurance requirements, gather necessary information and draft specifications covering the Client's insurance needs.
• Request best terms based on insurance identified needs from Insurers (or reinsurers, if required) and analyse offers submitted to ensure they are in accordance with needs.
• Ensure that the security provided by Insurers is adequate.
• Maintain contact with Insurers and Clients continuously to monitor potential changes and modifications to insurance contracts throughout the insurance periods.
• Check all insurance documents and provide continuous advisory assistance and management of insurance matters.
• Provide all necessary technical assistance on claims handling, preparation, submission, negociation through to satisfactory settlements.
